Biography
Leslie Minnick is an intake operations leader with over a decade of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on client acquisition, intake process design, and team leadership. She currently serves as Intake Director at Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo, bringing a track record of building high-performing intake teams and driving measurable improvements in client conversion.
Leslie began her legal career in the Mecklenburg County court system, serving as a Deputy Clerk and later a Legal Assistant in the Public Defender’s Office, where she developed a strong foundation in legal procedure, courtroom operations, and client service.
Outside of work, Leslie cherishes time with her German Shepherd, has recently taken up birding, and enjoys spending time on the water at Lake Norman.
