Bill Umansky, known as “The Lawman,” is the founder of an eight-figure personal injury and criminal defense law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. With more than 30 years of experience, Bill now helps attorneys build thriving, purpose-driven practices through coaching, leadership, and business development.
A dedicated community leader, Bill serves on multiple boards, is a past president of his local Rotary Club, and founded The Second Chance of Florida, a scholarship foundation committed to creating opportunities and changing lives.
Bill is the Amazon best-selling author of Tiger Tactics, a respected resource for legal professionals, and the host of The Lawman’s Lounge podcast, where he shares candid conversations and practical insights on law, leadership, and life.
Bill and his wife, attorney and former public defender Zahra Umansky, have been married for more than 30 years and are proud parents of two sons, Zak and Jake. Outside the office, Bill enjoys fitness, travel, cooking, and spending time with his dogs, Boots and Bella.
